Almighty AI je glasovni AI asistent za Android koji radi bez našeg poslužitelja. Mi ne
prikupljamo, ne pohranjujemo, ne analiziramo i ne prodajemo vaše osobne podatke. Vaš glas i tekst
obrađuje Google (Gemini API) preko vašeg vlastitog API ključa, izravno s vašeg uređaja. Sve ostalo
(kontakti, kalendar, bilješke, podsjetnici, povijest razgovora, postavke, snimke diktafona) ostaje u
lokalnoj pohrani na vašem uređaju. Aplikacija ne sadrži oglase, analitiku, praćenje ni prijavu rušenja.
Aplikaciju objavljuje {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ({{LEGAL_ADDRESS}}). Za pitanja o privatnosti pišite na
[email protected]. Isti je kontakt naveden u Google Play listingu aplikacije.
Dok je glasovni način uključen (gumb za razgovor / mikrofon), zvuk s mikrofona prenosi se u stvarnom
vremenu šifriranom vezom na Google Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) koristeći vaš
Gemini API ključ, kako bi Gemini razumio govor i odgovorio. Zvuk se ne šalje nikome drugome i ne šalje
se nama. Aplikacija ne snima razgovor u datoteku i mikrofon je aktivan samo dok glasovni način
radi (vidljiva trajna obavijest). Iznimka: funkcija diktafon, koju pokrećete izričitom naredbom,
sprema snimku u privatnu mapu aplikacije na vašem uređaju (vidi 3.9); ni ta snimka ne napušta uređaj.

Povijest razgovora sprema se lokalno na uređaju i možete je obrisati u aplikaciji. Mi je ne vidimo.
Ako ste u aplikaciji unijeli svoje ime, ono se šalje Geminiju kao dio uputa za razgovor (da vam se
asistent može obraćati imenom). Ime možete obrisati u Postavkama.
Aplikacija traži dozvolu za približnu lokaciju samo kad koristite funkciju kojoj treba:
geo: poveznica);Lokacija se ne koristi u pozadini, ne sprema se kod nas i ne šalje se Geminiju radi praćenja. Aplikacija
u ovoj verziji ne traži preciznu (GPS) lokaciju.
Ako zatražite "nazovi Anu" ili "pripremi poruku Ani", aplikacija lokalno čita vaše kontakte kako bi
ime povezala s brojem, zatim otvara telefonsku aplikaciju (birač) ili aplikaciju za poruke s
pripremljenim sadržajem. Vi pritišćete poziv/slanje — aplikacija nikad sama ne zove i ne šalje.
Podaci o kontaktima ne napuštaju uređaj i ne šalju se nama. Ime koje izgovorite dio je vašeg upita
Geminiju (vidi 3.1–3.2). Dozvola se traži tek pri prvoj takvoj naredbi, uz objašnjenje.
Naredbe poput "što imam sutra" ili "upiši podsjetnik u kalendar" čitaju i upisuju događaje lokalno
u kalendar na uređaju. Sadržaj kalendara ne šalje se nama. Ako izgovorite naziv događaja, taj je tekst
dio vašeg upita Geminiju.
Aplikacija prikazuje vlastite obavijesti (status slušanja, podsjetnici, alarmi, tajmeri). Aplikacija u
ovoj verziji ne čita obavijesti drugih aplikacija.
Dozvole za Bluetooth služe povezivanju sa slušalicama/zvučnikom (i, ako je dostupno, s BLE narukvicom
na vaš zahtjev). Podaci s Bluetooth uređaja ostaju na vašem uređaju; ne prenose se nama.
Na izričitu naredbu aplikacija snima zvuk i sprema ga kao audiodatoteku u privatnu mapu aplikacije
na vašem uređaju. Snimke se ne prenose nikome. Brišete ih u aplikaciji ili deinstalacijom.
Vaš ključ pohranjen je lokalno u privatnoj pohrani aplikacije; sigurnosne kopije aplikacije su
isključene, a ekran za unos ključa zaštićen je od snimanja zaslona. Ključ se šalje **isključivo
Googleu** radi ovjere vaših vlastitih zahtjeva. Mi ključ ne vidimo i ne primamo.
Aplikacija u ovoj verziji ne pristupa vašim fotografijama, galeriji ni snimkama zaslona i ne
snima zaslon.
Ako odlučite preuzeti lokalni jezični model za rad bez interneta, aplikacija otvara preuzimanje s
web-mjesta Hugging Face (huggingface.co, Hugging Face, Inc., SAD / Hugging Face SAS, Pariz). Kao pri
svakom preuzimanju, to web-mjesto vidi vašu IP adresu i tehničke podatke o zahtjevu; vrijede njegova
pravila privatnosti (huggingface.co/privacy). Ništa se ne preuzima bez vašeg klika. Model radi u
cijelosti na uređaju; dok je offline način aktivan, ništa ne napušta uređaj.
Aplikacija ne sadrži takve SDK-ove; jedina mrežna biblioteka je OkHttp.

Jedini primatelj vašeg glasa i teksta. Koristite vlastiti ključ, pa između vas i Googlea vrijede

Aplikacija traži dozvole tek kad koristite pripadajuću funkciju, uz objašnjenje prije traženja. Svaku
možete odbiti ili kasnije opozvati u postavkama Androida; odbijanje onemogućuje samo tu funkciju.

Sav mrežni promet je šifriran (HTTPS/WSS); nešifrirani promet je u aplikaciji onemogućen. Podaci na
uređaju nalaze se u privatnoj pohrani aplikacije kojoj druge aplikacije nemaju pristup; sigurnosno
kopiranje podataka aplikacije je isključeno. Nemamo poslužiteljsku kopiju ničega.
Vaše podatke čuvate vi, na svom uređaju, dok ih ne obrišete:
(briše povijest razgovora, bilješke, podsjetnike, ime, ključ i snimke diktafona);
Za podatke koje je obradio Google Gemini koristite kontrole svog Google računa / Google Cloud projekta.
Mi ne držimo kopiju — nemamo što brisati. Zahtjev možete ipak poslati na [email protected]; odgovorit
ćemo u roku od 30 dana.
Razgovarate s AI sustavom (Google Gemini). Odgovori mogu biti netočni ili nepotpuni; provjerite važne
informacije. Neprimjeren ili uvredljiv odgovor možete prijaviti izravno u aplikaciji (Postavke →
Prijavi odgovor); prijava se sprema lokalno i šalje nam se na [email protected] samo vašom potvrdom, s
tekstom koji sami vidite prije slanja.
Aplikacija je namijenjena osobama od 18 godina i starijima (uvjet Googleovih uvjeta za Gemini API)
i nije namijenjena djeci. Svjesno ne obrađujemo podatke osoba mlađih od 18 godina.
Budući da vaše podatke ne obrađujemo na svojim poslužiteljima, prava pristupa, ispravka, brisanja,
ograničenja i prenosivosti ostvarujete izravno na uređaju (odjeljak 8). Za obradu koju obavlja Google
pod vašim ključem obratite se Googleu (kontrole Google računa). Za sva pitanja ili prigovore pišite na

Almighty AI is a voice AI assistant for Android that runs without any server of ours. We do not
collect, store, analyse or sell your personal data. Your voice and text are processed by Google
(Gemini API) via your own API key, directly from your device. Everything else (contacts, calendar,
notes, reminders, conversation history, settings, voice-recorder files) stays in local storage on your
device. The app contains no ads, analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
The app is published by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ({{LEGAL_ADDRESS}}). For privacy questions write to
[email protected]. The same contact is shown in the app's Google Play listing.
While voice mode is on (talk/microphone button), microphone audio is streamed in real time over an
encrypted connection to the Google Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) using your
Gemini API key, so that Gemini can understand your speech and reply. Audio is sent to no one else and
never to us. The app does not record conversations to a file, and the microphone is active only
while voice mode is running (a persistent notification is shown). Exception: the voice recorder
feature, which you start with an explicit command, saves a recording in the app's private folder on
your device (see 3.9); that recording never leaves the device either.
Typed messages and spoken commands/questions are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate a reply.
Conversation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted in the app. We never see it.
If you entered your name in the app, it is sent to Gemini as part of the conversation instructions so
the assistant can address you by name. You can delete it in Settings.
The app asks for approximate location only when you use a feature that needs it:
geo: link);Location is not used in the background, is not stored by us and is not sent to Gemini for tracking.
This version of the app does not request precise (GPS) location.
If you ask "call Ana" or "prepare a message to Ana", the app reads your contacts locally to match
the name to a number, then opens the phone app (dialer) or the messaging app with prepared content.
You press call/send — the app never calls or sends on its own. Contact data never leaves the
device and is never sent to us. A name you speak is part of your query to Gemini (see 3.1–3.2). The
permission is requested at the first such command, with an explanation.
Commands such as "what's on tomorrow" or "add a reminder to my calendar" read and write events
locally in the calendar on your device. Calendar content is not sent to us. If you speak an event
title, that text is part of your query to Gemini.
The app shows its own notifications (listening status, reminders, alarms, timers). This version of the
app does not read notifications of other apps.
Bluetooth permissions are used to connect to headsets/speakers (and, if available, to a BLE wearable at
your request). Data from Bluetooth devices stays on your device; it is not transmitted to us.
On an explicit command the app records audio and saves it as an audio file in the **app's private
folder** on your device. Recordings are transmitted to no one. You delete them in the app or by
uninstalling.
Your key is stored locally in the app's private storage; app backups are disabled and the key-entry
screen is protected against screen capture. The key is sent only to Google to authenticate your own
requests. We never see or receive it.
This version of the app does not access your photos, gallery or screenshots and does not record
the screen.
If you choose to download a local language model for use without internet, the app opens a download
from the Hugging Face website (huggingface.co, Hugging Face, Inc., USA / Hugging Face SAS, Paris). As
with any download, that website sees your IP address and technical request data; its privacy policy
applies (huggingface.co/privacy). Nothing is downloaded without your tap. The model runs entirely on
the device; while offline mode is active, nothing leaves the device.

Permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, with an explanation shown before the
request. You can decline or later revoke any of them in Android settings; declining disables only that
feature.

All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS); cleartext traffic is disabled in the app. On-device data
lives in the app's private storage, inaccessible to other apps; app data backup is disabled. We hold no
server-side copy of anything.
You keep your data on your device until you delete it:
data (removes conversation history, notes, reminders, name, key and voice-recorder files);
For data processed by Google Gemini, use the controls of your Google account / Google Cloud project. We
hold no copy — there is nothing for us to delete. You may still send a request to [email protected];
we answer within 30 days.
You are interacting with an AI system (Google Gemini). Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify
important information. You can report an inappropriate or offensive answer directly in the app
(Settings → Report answer); the report is stored locally and is sent to us at [email protected] only
with your confirmation, with text you see before sending.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over (a requirement of Google's Gemini API terms) and is
not directed at children. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
Because we do not process your data on our servers, you exercise access, rectification, erasure,
restriction and portability directly on the device (section 8). For processing performed by Google
under your key, contact Google (Google account controls). For any question or objection write to
[email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

Wenn Sie in der App Ihren Namen eingegeben haben, wird er als Teil der Gesprächsanweisungen an Gemini
gesendet, damit der Assistent Sie mit Namen ansprechen kann. Sie können ihn in den Einstellungen löschen.
Die App fragt nur dann nach dem ungefähren Standort, wenn Sie eine Funktion nutzen, die ihn braucht:

Wenn Sie „ruf Ana an" oder „bereite eine Nachricht an Ana vor" sagen, liest die App Ihre Kontakte
lokal, um den Namen einer Nummer zuzuordnen, und öffnet dann die Telefon-App (Wählprogramm) oder die
Nachrichten-App mit vorbereitetem Inhalt. **Sie drücken Anrufen/Senden — die App ruft nie selbst an und
sendet nie selbst.** Kontaktdaten verlassen das Gerät nicht und werden nicht an uns gesendet. Ein
gesprochener Name ist Teil Ihrer Anfrage an Gemini (siehe 3.1–3.2). Die Berechtigung wird beim ersten
solchen Befehl mit Erklärung angefragt.
Befehle wie „Was habe ich morgen?" oder „Trag eine Erinnerung in den Kalender ein" lesen und schreiben
Termine lokal im Kalender Ihres Geräts. Kalenderinhalte werden nicht an uns gesendet. Wenn Sie einen
Termintitel aussprechen, ist dieser Text Teil Ihrer Anfrage an Gemini.
Die App zeigt eigene Benachrichtigungen (Zuhör-Status, Erinnerungen, Wecker, Timer). Diese Version der
App liest keine Benachrichtigungen anderer Apps.
Bluetooth-Berechtigungen dienen der Verbindung mit Headsets/Lautsprechern (und, falls verfügbar, auf
Ihren Wunsch mit einem BLE-Wearable). Daten von Bluetooth-Geräten bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät; sie werden
nicht an uns übertragen.
Auf ausdrücklichen Befehl nimmt die App Audio auf und speichert es als Audiodatei im **privaten Ordner
der App** auf Ihrem Gerät. Aufnahmen werden an niemanden übertragen. Sie löschen sie in der App oder
durch Deinstallation.
Ihr Schlüssel wird lokal im privaten Speicher der App abgelegt; App-Backups sind deaktiviert, und der
Eingabebildschirm ist gegen Bildschirmaufnahmen geschützt. Der Schlüssel wird nur an Google gesendet,
um Ihre eigenen Anfragen zu authentifizieren. Wir sehen oder erhalten ihn nie.
Diese Version der App greift nicht auf Ihre Fotos, Galerie oder Screenshots zu und nimmt den
Bildschirm nicht auf.
Wenn Sie ein lokales Sprachmodell für die Nutzung ohne Internet herunterladen möchten, öffnet die App
einen Download von der Website Hugging Face (huggingface.co, Hugging Face, Inc., USA / Hugging Face
SAS, Paris). Wie bei jedem Download sieht diese Website Ihre IP-Adresse und technische Anfragedaten; es
gilt deren Datenschutzerklärung (huggingface.co/privacy). Nichts wird ohne Ihr Tippen heruntergeladen.
Das Modell läuft vollständig auf dem Gerät; im Offline-Modus verlässt nichts das Gerät.

Der einzige Empfänger Ihrer Stimme und Ihres Textes. Da Sie Ihren eigenen Schlüssel verwenden, gelten

die Datenschutzerklärung von Google. Nach diesen Bedingungen:

Google-Bedingungen die Nutzung der App nur mit einem Schlüssel mit aktivierter Abrechnung (bezahlter

Google stellt Ihnen die Nutzung des Schlüssels nach eigener Preisliste in Rechnung; die App berechnet
dafür nichts.

Gerätekennung noch Werbe-ID. Bei diesen Diensten existiert kein Konto und kein Schlüssel von uns — die
Anfrage geht direkt von Ihrem Gerät aus.
Berechtigungen werden erst angefragt, wenn Sie die zugehörige Funktion nutzen, mit einer Erklärung vor
der Anfrage. Jede können Sie ablehnen oder später in den Android-Einstellungen widerrufen; eine
Ablehnung deaktiviert nur diese Funktion.

Der gesamte Netzwerkverkehr ist verschlüsselt (HTTPS/WSS); unverschlüsselter Verkehr ist in der App
deaktiviert. Daten auf dem Gerät liegen im privaten Speicher der App, auf den andere Apps keinen Zugriff
haben; das Backup von App-Daten ist deaktiviert. Wir besitzen keine serverseitige Kopie von irgendetwas.
Sie bewahren Ihre Daten auf Ihrem Gerät auf, bis Sie sie löschen:
löschen (entfernt Gesprächsverlauf, Notizen, Erinnerungen, Name, Schlüssel und Diktiergerät-Dateien);
Für von Google Gemini verarbeitete Daten nutzen Sie die Steuerungen Ihres Google-Kontos /
Google-Cloud-Projekts. Wir halten keine Kopie — es gibt bei uns nichts zu löschen. Sie können dennoch
eine Anfrage an [email protected] senden; wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Sie interagieren mit einem KI-System (Google Gemini). Antworten können ungenau oder unvollständig sein;
prüfen Sie wichtige Informationen. Eine unangemessene oder anstößige Antwort können Sie direkt in der App
melden (Einstellungen → Antwort melden); die Meldung wird lokal gespeichert und nur mit Ihrer
Bestätigung an [email protected] gesendet, mit einem Text, den Sie vor dem Senden sehen.
Die App richtet sich an Personen ab 18 Jahren (Anforderung der Google-Bedingungen für die Gemini
API) und nicht an Kinder. Wir verarbeiten wissentlich keine Daten von Personen unter 18 Jahren.
Da wir Ihre Daten nicht auf unseren Servern verarbeiten, üben Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung,
Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit direkt auf dem Gerät aus (Abschnitt 8). Für die Verarbeitung
durch Google unter Ihrem Schlüssel wenden Sie sich an Google (Google-Konto-Steuerungen). Bei Fragen oder
Widerspruch schreiben Sie an [email protected]. Sie haben das Recht, sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu
